1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Undefeated Picks (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Undefeated Picks is an online drafting game where users build fantasy rosters across NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB franchise eras. The Service includes solo play, multiplayer rooms, leaderboards, daily and weekly challenges, tournaments, and optional premium content.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, rankings, or game outcomes.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

The Undefeated Pass and other purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise the purchase was made in error or the premium features are unavailable. Contact support@undefeatedpicks.com for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on the Service are owned by Undefeated Picks or its licensors. Player names, team names, and league marks are property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Player ratings and stats are for gameplay purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undefeated Picks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
